As mentioned in my post last week, my holiday season social calendar is filled to the brim! However, I can hardly complain when I have every reason to purchase a stunning new outfit for each occasion.

Coming up this week, I have a holiday work party that I’m really looking forward to. So I thought, how about a “how to” on holiday work party wear? For some of you, it may be your first “big girl” work party. Honestly, I’ve only had a few!

I feel like work party looks can be “same old, same old” sometimes. Filled with blacks, greys and silvers that, yes, while traditional for the season, seem to lose their awe after a couple of wears.

This season, I want to switch it up with some pastels. I’m thinking one of these outfits from XYZ retailer will be perfect. I’ve seen similar looks at Saks OFF 5th at Neiman Marcus Last Call at Tanger.

Aren’t these gorg?! I’m always looking to try something different when it comes to my wardrobe, so this is right on cue.

#TangerMillennial Tip: Stick to white wine or champagne at all costs to preserve those pastels. 🙂

Let’s take a look at each one!

Perfectly Purple

I love the soft purple hues of this look. Paired with a white pant, lavender tote and your fave heel, you’ll look stunning for any office party.

Pretty in Pink

This pick takes holiday pink to a whole new level. The light-colored palette and monotone clutch create a chic look from day to night or whenever party time may be!

So which should I pick?! A Perfectly Purple or Pretty in Pink?

Tweet me your top pick at @TangerOutlets using #TangerMillennial and stay tuned to see which one I choose!

Also, for shopper fanatics like myself, I’ve got some jolly news for you that you’re sure to love! Tanger Outlets is holding a holiday promotion through 12/11 called Deck Your Closet. Tanger will provide its 2 million Facebook fans a chance to win a $1,000 shopping spree! For a chance to win, they are asking their fans to share why they deserve a holiday closet makeover!

And remember, no matter what you’re strutting in this holiday season, enjoy the party!
